Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026. Last updated: October 9, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Brathas Construction ("we," "us," or "Harry") collects through hbc2build.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to information you send us through it.

Who we are

Brathas Construction is an owner-operated residential construction business run by Harry Brathas, based in Scottsdale, Arizona 85254. You can reach us at (602) 206-6771 or hbrathas1@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the estimate form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, which can include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your city or ZIP code
• The type of project, your timeline, and any project details or photos you send
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your project

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. These server logs are used to run and secure the website.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

• To respond to your estimate request and answer your questions
• To schedule site visits and prepare estimates
• To communicate with you about your project by phone, email, or, if you agreed, text message
• To keep records of our work and meet our legal, licensing, and tax obligations
• To keep the website secure and working properly

Text messages

If you check the box on our form, Harry may text you about your request and your project. These are not marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your project. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with any third party for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers that run this website and our email. Our website and estimate form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., and form submissions are delivered to us by email through Google (Gmail). These companies process information on our behalf.
• People working on your project. If you hire us, we may share details needed to do the work with subcontractors, suppliers, and permitting offices.
• Legal reasons. If required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Other parties collecting information

We do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity on this website for advertising or tracking. The fonts and video on this site are served from our own website, not from outside services. If you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites or use third-party tracking on this site, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and project information for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your project, and keep the business and warranty records the law requires. We delete or securely dispose of information we no longer need.

How we protect information

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it for your project. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank or card numbers through the form.

Children

This website is meant for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see the personal information we have about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records.
• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

To make a request, call (602) 206-6771 or email hbrathas1@gmail.com. California residents can use these same options to review and request changes to their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will note it on this page for a reasonable period.
